Delivery & Returns

US & Canada Delivery & Returns

Charges apply for shipping, services & delivery time varies by country & product type. Delivery typically takes between 2 and 9 working days after dispatch. Your satisfaction is our main priority so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please get in touch. Most of our products can be returned within 30 days of delivery and some products have different requirements associated with them.

Standard Delivery

'Standard Delivery' orders are sent using Royal Mail '1st Class' Service . We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24hrs hours. A dispatch notification will be emailed to you. Standard delivery typically take 3 -9 days to arrive.
Please allow a maximum of 20 days before enquiring about lost or missing items.

Express Delivery

Orders sent using 'Express' option are shipped by DHL. Orders must be received before 12 noon to be processed and dispatched same day; express orders typically take 2 - 5 days to arrive. Once the order is dispatched a tracking reference will be issued, you can track your order's progress using DHL's express tracking service.


We're unable to ship mobile phone batteries outside Europe.

Return of non-faulty goods

If you are not satisfied with your purchase even though the product is working as it should, you can still return the delivered product and receive a full refund, provided that:

  • You notify your intention to return the product within 30 days from the date you receive your consignment.
  • You have taken a good care of the product before returning it, and not damaged the product by mishandling it in any manner.
  • You are willing to bear the cost of returning the consignment. However, no such cost shall arise when the product is defective or doesn't confirm to its product description.
  • You have notified us in writing by sending email, fax or other forms of digital communications.

Once we receive it we will refund the price of the product however we will not refund the original delivery charges or any postage fees.

Any products that have been opened, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for a refund and upon receiving such return we will charge a 50% restocking fee therefore only refund 50% from the value of the product and no refund for the delivery fees.

To ensure the return is received in good condition, please package your item with care to reduce the chances of damage in transit. We recommend that you use a recorded-trackable delivery service because we will not be able to issue a refund if we do not receive the return.

Return of faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item please contact us and we will be able to offer a replacement,a refund and/or a free return label.Items can be returned for free using a free post label if the return is due to Onogo error.

Below is an overview of  items that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygienic reasons.This is in not a complete list of non-returnable items and all returns are subject to review by Onogo for final authorization.

Software :

We will only accept a return if the product is sealed and never opened or defective.Any software that has had the factory seal opened is not eligible for return or refund.


Electronics can be returned within 30 days of receiving the delivery.

If the product is received defective or damaged we need to be informed within 14 days of receipt in order to make a return.

If the product becomes defective after 30 days of receiving it and is under warranty please contact us here or call our customer services 0800292278 to pursue a warranty claim.
