Delivery and Ownership
You should acknowledge that the listed products shall be delivered at our warehouses or your designated address throughout the world. When your offer is accepted and payment realized, we shall take appropriate measures to ensure that your consignment is dispatched within one working day of such acceptance, and you can expect your delivery within a month from the date you place your order. If there is any delay in the dispatch of accepted orders and we are unable to deliver your consignment within 30 days, we shall inform you about the estimated date of your delivery. In case of such delays, you shall retain a right to cancel your order and get a full refund of charged amount.

Cancellation, returns and refunds
You shall retain a right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:
- The delivered product doesn't conform to the product description on the website, unfit for its intended purpose or fails to satisfy you in terms of product quality.
- The delivered product is defective.
- The delivered product doesn't make you a happy buyer of this website. You shall retain a right to return any product with 28 days from the date you receive your delivery and get a full refund, irrespective of the fact that product is not defective. However, your right to return non-faulty goods shall be subjected to certain conditions and exceptions.
You should be allowed to cancel your order by submitting our cancellation form or contacting our helpdesk.
Return of non-faulty goods
If you are not satisfied with your purchase even though the product is working as it should, you can still return the delivered product and receive a full refund, provided that:
- You notify your intention to return the product within 30 days from the date you receive your consignment.
- You have taken a good care of the product before returning it, and not damaged the product by mishandling it in any manner.
- You are willing to bear the cost of returning the consignment. However, no such cost shall arise when the product is defective or doesn't confirm to its product description.
- You have notified us in writing by sending email, fax or other forms of digital communications.
Return of faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item please contact us and we will be able to offer a replacement,a refund and/or a free return label.

Below is an overview of items that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygienic reasons.This is in not a complete list of non-returnable items and all returns are subject to review by Onogo for final authorization.

We will only accept a return if the product is sealed and never opened or defective.Any software that has had the factory seal opened is not eligible for return or refund.
Electronics can be returned within 30 days of receiving the delivery.
If the product is received defective or damaged we need to be informed within 14 days of receipt in order to make a return.
